How ordering works

Orders are placed by enquiry. Tap Enquire on WhatsApp on any product, or message us. We will confirm the size, stock, price and delivery cost with you. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery cost

• Standard delivery (Australia Post): $16 flat rate per order, anywhere in Australia.
• Click and collect: free. Pick up from Aintree VIC 3336 at a time we agree with you.

When we send your order

• We pack and send orders Monday to Friday.
• Most orders are sent within 5 business days of payment. During busy times, such as Diwali and other festivals, it can take up to 10 business days.
• If an item needs extra time, we will tell you before you pay.

Delivery times

After we send your order, Australia Post usually delivers within 2 – 7 business days. Rural and remote areas can take longer. These times are a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

We send you the Australia Post tracking number by WhatsApp or email once your order is on its way. You can track it at auspost.com.au.

Address and missed deliveries

• Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for orders sent to a wrong address you gave us.
• If no one is home, Australia Post may leave a card and hold the parcel at your local post office.
• If a parcel comes back to us because it was not collected or the address was wrong, we can send it again. A new delivery fee will apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of sending, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and send photos of any damage. We will work with Australia Post to sort it out.

International orders

We currently deliver within Australia only.
