Processing Times

We know you’ll be eager to receive your STYLEWORLD treasures as soon as possible, and we’ll be working hard to get them to you!

All online orders are processed Monday – Friday.

Orders placed after 12 PM will be received into our warehouse the following business day.

We do our very best to process all orders within 5 business days, however during busy periods, this may take up to 10 business days.

We make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and thank you in advance for your patience!

Delivery times vary depending on location.

To help us answer your query as quickly as possible, please provide the following information if applicable:

– Full name

– Date of order

– Sales order reference number

– Brief description of your inquiry

Large items will incur a delivery fee based on the delivery destination and will be calculated once you enter your delivery destination. Please note that our carrier companies’ Delivery Policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas. Where street delivery is not always possible, you will receive notification or a calling card will be left.

All orders are delivered on weekdays by Couriers Please. Orders are typically delivered within 3 – 7 business days, subject to availability. Rural and remote areas may take longer. This delivery time frame is subject to changes in circumstances.

Order tracking

If you have an account with us, you can login to your account or simply track your order via order-tracking section on our website. If you don’t have an account or checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order via the courier please website.
